Where are you showrooms located?

Our showrooms are located in Bohillion, Burt Co. Donegal and Letterkenny Retail Park Co. Donegal

Opening Hours

Burt Showroom:

  • Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5.30pm
  • Sunday: Closed.

Letterkenny Showroom:

  • Monday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm
  • Sunday: 1pm - 6pm

Ordering

What Does "Available As Special Order" Mean?

If an item is marked as "Available As Special Order", it means:
- It’s currently out of stock, but we can order it for you.
- Your order will be placed with our supplier and delivered as normal.

Important Notes:
- Some special order items are non-stock and non-refundable. If you are unsure of anything regarding your item or your order, please contact the store first before placing an order.
- We'll contact you if the lead time exceeds 7–10 working days.
- If a manufacturer discontinues an item, we’ll offer a replacement or alternative.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Please contact us via info@callaghanselectrical.com to arrange this.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Northern Ireland free of cost. We also ship to the Republic of Ireland via callaghanselectrical.com

We don’t currently offer delivery to mainland UK, but we may be able arrange for this at an extra cost to the customer. Contact us for details on this before ordering to mainland UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For Northern Ireland:

  • Small Items (up to 30 kg) are delivered via DPD and will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days where possible.
  • Large Appliances are delivered via our own delivery fleet (NI only) and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days where possible. Please note: Rural addresses may take longer. You will receive a phone call or text message from the delivery driver with an estimated delivery time.
  • Special Orders may take longer to deliver. Please see individual product delivery information for more details. We will contact you should one of the items you’ve chosen be special order.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be arranged in advance. Contact us first before returning any items via info@callaghanselectrical.com

Warranty Info

I’m Having Trouble With an Appliance I Bought — What Do I Do?

No worries, we're here to help!

  1. Contact us and we will attempt to solve the problem ourselves, or book a service engineer.
  2. Have your appliance serial number ready. This is unique and required for servicing.

If under manufacturers warranty, your service is free. Warranty information is listed under each product, but if not please contact us. Extended warranty is also available for purchase.

Extended Warranty

You can add extended warranty on to most items via Brightside.

What's covered:

  • Breakdowns from mechanical, electrical and electrical faults
  • Costs associated with repairing your product, including call out charges, parts and labour
  • Faults caused by dust and overheating
  • Faults caused by normal wear and tear (eg. washing machine bearings, door seals, hinges, etc.)
  • Faults caused by electrical surge
  • Food spoilage on fridges and freezers up to €150
  • Laundry cover up to €50 if your washing machine is waiting for a part and you need to use a laundrette
  • New-for-old replacement
  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Worldwide coverage should you take your item on holiday with you (laptops, tablets etc.)
  • Freight of your faulty product, within the Republic of Ireland, to the authorised service centre

What's not covered:

  • Faults to your product during the manufacturer’s warranty (These will still be covered by the manufacturer)
  • Repairs not authorised by us
  • Accidental Damage
  • Intentional or cosmetic damage
  • Loss, consequential loss or theft
  • Costs associated with maintenance, cleaning or adjusting your product
  • Consumables (eg. hoover bags, filters, etc.) or faults caused by consumables
  • Faults or damage due to negligence

Yes, we offer Humm Finance! A simple alternative to paying cash or credit card.

Buy little things:

  • Below €500 and up to 3 months to pay with 0% interest.

Buy big things:

  • Up to €10,000 and up to 72 months to pay, depending on what you buy
