We will deliver appliances to any address within the North of Ireland. We also offer free delivery on orders over £100.

We don’t currently offer delivery to mainland UK, but we may arrange for this at an extra cost to the customer. Contact us for details on this before ordering for mainland UK.

For Northern Ireland:

• Small Items (up to 30 kg) are delivered via DPD and will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days where possible.
• Large Appliances are delivered via our own delivery fleet (NI only) and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days where possible. Please note: Rural addresses may take longer. You will receive a phone call or text message from the delivery driver with an estimated delivery time.
• Special Orders may take longer to deliver. Please see individual product delivery information for more details. We will contact you should one of the items you’ve chosen be special order.

During peak periods, there may be delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding

We do! However, we can only offer installation services to freestanding appliances in Co. Donegal, Derry City, and Strabane for most of our major appliances. Our team of experienced installers are fully insured and certified to provide this service. 

We also offer a service where we can install, wall mount, and tune your new TV.

We don’t install or set up smaller appliances like vacuum cleaners, freestanding microwaves, etc.
