- Small Items (up to 30 kg) are delivered via DPD and will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days where possible.
- Large Appliances are delivered via our own delivery fleet (NI only) and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days where possible. Please note: Rural addresses may take longer. You will receive a phone call or text message from the delivery driver with an estimated delivery time.

We recommend to change your charcoal filters every 3 Months or every 50 hours of cooking for best performance. This will help keep your motor unclogged and free from odours, and to prolong the life of your motor.
Luxair offer different types of square charcoal filter. Please be aware that although these filters might appear similar, the size dimensions are different.
