The recycled aluminium body conducts heat fast and evenly and works on any kind of cooktop, including induction. On top of that, the pot features a healthy ceramic CeraGreen non-stick coating and a lid with self-basting condensation bumps on the interior and an integrated straining function. Want to put this stockpot in the oven? Use the removable silicone sleeves for safety, don’t leave them on the stockpot while in the oven.
